At Raange, customer satisfaction, accountability and providing the best service possible to our customers and members are of the utmost importance to us.

We strive to ensure your communication preferences are respected. We recently received billing inquiries from some of our members who are using Virgin Mobile services. The issue involved select users being billed for receiving and responding to SMS communications from short code 94949.

As soon as we received information about this issue, we promptly contacted our telecommunications partner to investigate and fix the problem. We are pleased to announce that Virgin Mobile was able to find and fix the problem right away.

Virgin Mobile is working to refund all customers and members who were mistakenly billed for using Raange’s Interactive Stickers at select retailers in Canada.
